Profile
Radka came to the UK in 2002 as a PhD exchange student at Salford University. After finishing her doctorate, Radka worked in Academic Enterprise Unit at Salford University where she managed EU funded projects for SMEs. Later on Radka joined UK Trade and Investment as an International Trade Adviser assisting local UK SMEs with their international trade strategies. Prior to her career in the UK and during her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the Czech Republic, Radka had her own English language training company and published a series of Czech/English dictionaries.

- Developing new international collaborative degree programmes and maintaining the existing programmes
- Monitoring students performance at overseas partner institutions and briefing them about their studies in Lancaster
- International students recruitment
- Developing and monitoring Study abroad programmes
- Providing support and guidance to overseas students
